I had the honour of photographing Terry and May’s wedding recently. While I only met up with Terry and May a few weeks before the wedding, from the way they talk and look at each other, I can immediately tell they are a very sweet couple and perfect match to each other.
If you are from Auckland you should know Auckland weather is always very unpredictable, especially around Winter/Spring time, and the weather forecast wasn’t looking really good for Terry and May’s big day. But luckily, as you can see from the photos, the weather turned out great in the end!
The wedding venue was Hotel DeBrett. If you haven’t been there before, it’s a little hotel located at High Street,  right at the middle of Auckland City.  While I have walked pass it probably a million times before, it was the first time I actually gone inside and do a wedding there.  And I really love that place!  Not the biggest hotel in Auckland, but Hotel DeBrett is probably the one with most quirky decoration and interesting history.
So here are some photos from May and Terry’s wedding I’ve quickly selected, I hope you’ll like them as much as I do.   And now I need to go back and edit the remaining 1000 or so photos from that day 🙂
